Samantha was born in Boston, Mass and lives in New York City. She explores through poetry, non-fiction and theater the emotional mechanics of staying, leaving and returning and how these movements transnationally shape lives through time. She is currently writing about women’s agency under and transitioning out of British colonial rule in the Caribbean. She is her ancestors’ wildest dream.
